If an epoxy anchors fails the pull test can I simply pull the anchor out, redrill drill the holes and epoxy a new anchor into the same hole?

For information on removing an adhesive anchor in concrete, you can refer to this video on Hilti’s Youtube Channel. Once an adhesive anchor is removed, it may be possible to install a new adhesive anchoring system. This decision will be up to the Engineer of Record for the project. Please note, if installing a new adhesive anchoring system, it is important to follow the Instructions for Use for the specific adhesive anchoring system you are going to be installing.
