Epoxy anchoring to 2,000 psi concrete

I am adding wall ties to an existing tilt up structure built a while ago and the original structural drawings spec 2,000 psi concrete. Are there any hilti epoxies that have been tested at this strength of concrete? Trying to avoid thru-bolting an entire building.
