I have questions related to the hole requirement for 3/4" Dia Rod with epoxy specified above. In ESR report, it recommended 7/8" hole for 3/4" Dia Rod; However, the field would like to drill 1" hole because of the field condition, and still want to use 3/4" Dia rod. Will this affect the Hilti Profis output? Does Core drilled (with roughening tool) accommodate with 1" hole? please let me know as soon as possible if you get confused with my question.

HIT-HY 200 V3 is unable to be installed with a larger diameter hole than the value within Hilti's testing. However, Hilti does have additional testing with HIT-RE 500 V3 with a large diameter hole which can be found in this technical bulletin.
