Does the adhesive on the bottom portion of the HIT-Z rod break away when you torque the anchor?
Does the adhesive on the bottom portion of the HIT-Z rod break away when you torque the anchor? Do you have any video that shows how it behaves after applying torque? Thanks for your help!

Hello Rish,
The HIT-Z rod anchor element is used with the HIT-HY 200 V3 adhesive. When the adhesive is cured and the HIT-Z rod is torqued, the adhesive within the conical portions of the rod are pushed outwards. This additional expansion force increases the friction to the concrete. Please see the reference pictures below.
