Does Hilti offer 3rd party PE stamping services for the PROFIS software?

Often my projects will require a 3rd party PE stamp for structural design calculations as part of a submittal package. When we are supplying anchors, we like to use PROFIS to design our anchorage so it would be helpful to be able to get a design report stamped to simplify the process. Having somebody from HILTI that is familiar with the software that could check designs and then issue the stamp would be an awesome service for us.
