Do Hilti firestop certifications expire? We understand there is no expiration but Hilti recommends re-qualifying every 5 years Is this correct

Our employees have firestop training by Mehdi Boostani. No expiration date is posted on the certificate. A response from the "Hilti Ask" site (about 3 years ago) advised there is no expiration. Please see attached certification card from 5/2/2019.
