Critical Edge Distance
ESR 4868 (and others reports) give an equation to calculate Cac that states the equation comes from ACI 318, however these equations cannot be found. This comment refers to Eq. 17.6.5.5.1c for ACI 318-19, Eq 17.4.5.5c for ACI 318-14 and etc etc.
Is the equation for Cac something developed by Hilti? Where does it come from?

Information regarding Cac can be found in a few sections within ACI 318-19. Critical edge distance can be found in Sections 17.9.5, 17.6.2.6, and 17.6.5.5. The commentary in Section 17.9.5 refers to product specific data for critical edge distance, which can be found the ESR documentation.
