can we do a tension test on this countersunk anchors

Hi Mario,
Please refer to this answer from a previous question regarding pull tests. The ability to test a countersunk anchor will be dependent on the specific pull test equipment used as well as the physical setup of the anchor system into the base material (i.e. stand-off conditions).
