Containment plate effect on edge reinforcement

How to account for the edge reinforcement effect against concrete breakout of metal containment plate when calculating anchored supports on the edge of a concrete slab? It seems to me that a containment plate or metal curb would have a significant reinforcement effect against concrete edge breakout. However I've found no way to account for it among the Profis settings.
