Concrete strength below 2,500 psi
Hello, I am designing an anchor to be installed with HIT-HY 200 V3 however my concrete strength is 2,000 and I see that the documentations specify a minimum strength of 2,500. How can I design the anchor, even if the capacity is much lower? where can I find the design values

Hi Sergio,
Hilti unfortunately does not have any testing data for HIT-HY 200 V3 into concrete with a compressive strength lower than 2500 psi, so it will ultimately fall to engineering judgment to determine anchor performance. In the past, we have seen engineers consider on-site testing to aid in this process.
