Concrete Edge Failure - Results have changed - Why

I have an anchor plate to concrete design from January 2020 and re-ran it today and the results changed from being okay to a utilization ratio of 131%. Attached are the 2 files. I believe the current version is incorrectly evaluating the concrete edge failure for a group verses a single anchor. I believe it computes the capacity correctly but currently is comparing the capacity to the applied loads incorrectly. In the attached pdf the file I ran in January determined that the controlling Avc was for the group of 2 anchors = 204 sq in. In the file I ran today the controlling Avc was for a single bottom anchor = 144 sq in. The resulting phi Vc for this single anchor is 4,921 lbs which is being compared to the total load of 6404 lbs. Shouldn’t it compare this 6404 with 2 times 4921 or 9842?  What am I missing?
