Comparison of two 4-bolt configurations that gives (me) unexpected results.

Comparison of two 4-bolt configurations that gives (me) unexpected results.

Please see the attached file with the results from a shelf angle analysis. Both have 4 bolts. The one with two bolts in the tension zone is satisfactory. The one with 4 bolts in the tension zone is not. See my note at the bottom of page 1. For what it's worth, the intent of this thing is to support the end of a 50 cm x 30 cm concrete beam that frames into a 200 mm thick concrete elevator shaft wall. I am trying to reduce bending on the wall and transfer only shear to the wall. I can't say I've ever designed something like this before but this "angle" option seems to be the easiest to analyze. The concrete beam is modeled with a pinned end at this location so I am only transferring shear and no moment. Thank you gentlemen.
