Case 3 ACI Fig.R17.7.7.2.1.b
When I am trying to design an anchor in Hilti for ACI 318-19 Case 3 the program checks the breakout of concrete for the full force, but it checks the anchor steel shear strength for half of force only like shown in Case 1. Why is Hilti not loading the front anchors with all the load for the steel strength per section 17.7.1.1 ACI 318-19?
