Can't register for webinar

Hello,

I am trying to register for a couple of upcoming live webinars. The website won't let me register for any of them. I included a screenshot of the error message. Can you please help me troubleshoot? Also, I sent an email last week about a webinar that I tried to log in to but was unable to. I never got a response to my email. Can you please look into that as well?
