We are replacing arena roof, and air-seal the walls at the deck. The roof consists of 2-ply modified bituminous membrane, overlay boar, 2x75 mm polyiso insulation, torch applied vapour barrier, gypsum board over steel deck, flutes filled with concrete. The roof deck extends the arena wall on the corridor/front desk side. We need to provide a one-side fire-rated detail above concrete block wall and the roof deck. I have attached a photo on the inaccessible side and our two-side detail we need to revise.
