I am wondering if we can design a combination of face and bottom anchoring resting on a L-shaped bracket?

When it comes to designing anchor systems on multiple planes (ex. top, face, and/or bottom) of a concrete member, there are a few things that will need to be taken into consideration: edge distances, effective embedment, influence of concrete breakout cones, etc. For some additional help with this, feel free to reference a similar question for anchors in acute corners (https://ask.hilti.com/questions/edge-distance-for-adjacent-channel-anchors/arwsnk). Ultimately, it will be an engineering judgement to verify the design and acceptability of the anchor system, as this cannot currently be modeled in Hilti’s PROFIS Anchor Software.
