Have head of wall joint with hilti CFS-S SIL GG, but not able to paint over it. Would like to put thin layer of hilti cp 606 over the top of it, so I can paint it.

Although there are chemically no problems with putting one sealant over the other, because CFS-S SIL GG is a silicone sealant, there may be adhesion issues. I would test this on the field and see if 606 will adhere to the cured GG. If you need an Engineering Judgement to show this detail, you can create a request and we can get it out to you.
