We have a 3 hour masonry wall and have 6 sets of refrigeration lines that need to penetrate Thru. We want to core the block thru the center of the block cell and use CP-653 speed sleeves for the penetration for the fire stop

We do not have any listed systems for this application at this time with or without the use of the CP 653 sleeve. As such, I would recommend you submit for an Engineering Judgment, which will be a custom detail showing your exact application with the firestop components required to maintain the stated ratings.
