Caltrans AML - HVU vs HVU2

 
I work with the Materials Engineering and Testing Services (METS) division of Caltrans and have a question regarding your HVU2 product. Caltrans METS has an authorized materials list (AML) for Resin Capsule Anchor(s) which is in the process of being phased out which lists your HVU product (link here). I understand your HVU product has been “upgraded” to your HVU 2. 
 
Would you please be able to confirm the following:

1. Differences between HVU 2 and HVU 1 (i.e. formulation, etc.)
2. Whether HVU 2 meets or exceeds HVU 1 for similar applications
