Cac & Kc Values Inconsistent with A23.3 D6.2.2 for KH-EZ Anchors

The Critical Edge Distance and Concrete Breakout Coefficient are Calculated Incorrectly and Inconsistently Across Embedment Depths. Maximum k is 10 w/ Testing Typically 7 per D6.2.2. Listed in One or More Scenarios up to 17. Cac is Between 2.5 & 4*hef and is as low as 7.28". The Result is Some Embed Depths Show Adequate and Others Show Over Unity
