Avc (ACI 318-19 Section 17.7.2.1) and Parallel V factor
How HILTI Profis selects the values Avc (ACI 318-19 Section 17.7.2.1) and Parallel V factor? I am comparing a calculation performed by one engineer and he got a higher value for Avc and a factor of 2.000 for paralell V factor (my case gave me 1.000) Obviously this reduces the capacity for concrete edge failure. I am using the exact same parameters
