Are Kwik HUS-EZ screw anchors permitted to be used with 6 inch CMU?
Is the KH-EZ permitted to be used with 6" CMU? There isn't an option in profis for this block size, but could I just reduce the anchor edge distance to analyze it?

Hi Cole,
All of Hilti's supportive testing for the KH-EZ is based on CMU complying with ASTM C90 with a nominal size of 8" x 8" x 16", as stated in Section 3.7.1 of ESR-3056. Therefore, it will ultimately fall to engineering judgement to determine anchor performance in 6" CMU base materials.
