Archiving a company project or calc

We have several employees who use Hilti Profis and create calcs and company projects. It is very frustrating that if we need to archive something, not just anyone can do it. It seems like only the person who created the calc or the company project can archive it. For one project, we could have several people creating calcs and it would be most efficient to have one person able to edit and archive the calcs as needed. Our Profis software is overrun with old projects we can't archive because we don't have time to track down who created every calc. Is there a way to grant everyone access to archive any project?
