can I use drop in anchors in a residential post tension concrete floor

Hi Brian,
Drop-in anchors are commonly considered for use in thin slab applications. Technical information on Hilti's drop-in anchors can be found in Section 3.3.12 of Hilti's Anchor Fastening Product Technical Guide.
