Anchor type question

These detail is at the edge of an opening in a concrete tilt-up sandwich panel. It is a plan/section looking down. We modified the opening to make it larger so the insulation is now exposed, so we are just trying to cover up the insulation. We plan to do that with a bent plate but are wondering what anchor might be best for this solution. This also occurs at the head of the opening for the short distance in which we widened the existing opening (1ft).
