For a 3/4" Hilti KB-TZ2, the minimum nominal embedment depth listed on the ESR is 4". Is there any data or table that shows capacities when the nominal and effective embedment depths are not reached?
Our construction crew failed to meet embedment depths and there is no room for error as far as abandoning the hole and drilling another.

There is currently not any additional data other than what is in ESR-4266 for the KB-TZ2. Installing at a shallower embedment depth may result in a lower capacity. Ultimately, all design decisions are at the discretion of the Engineer of Record (EOR) on the project. The engineer on the project should consider engineering judgment and on-site evaluation (such as a pull test) to determine suitability for the application.
