I cannot get my hand calculated value for Anc to agree with PROFIS calculation for my M17220022 Hofstra Axinn-East/West (2) design. What assumptions are made to reduce this value?

Specific calculations for your project can be found in the report for your design. The report includes equations, variables, and calculations for tension and shear capacities and utilizations. To generate a PDF report, click "Create Report" in the upper right hand corner of the PROFIS Engineering webpage. This detailed report from PROFIS Engineering for a specific design can be compared to hand calculations.
