I've tried to export from RISA a base plate connection to Hilti. I've connected my accounts and I get the "Successfully uploaded 2 connections. Please open Hilti PROFIS in a web browser to continue anchorage design."
Returning to Hilti PROFIS provides no update or information on exported files on the side bar.
Is there an alternative to uploading the files more directly from a local file? Exporting the file locally instead of directly from RISA to Profis?

RISA integration has been experiencing some issues lately. A work around that sometimes will fix the issue when this happens is creating a new design (click anchoring to concrete module) and then going back to the PROFIS Engineering home page. The integration should hopefully appear after doing this. If you are still having issues, please email Hilti's Engineering team at hnatechnicalservices@hilti.com. Unfortunately, there is no other way to integrate with RISA.
