All floating licenses taken despite no one else using the software
Good morning. Not sure if this is the right place to ask, but is the PROFIS software experiencing some issues at the moment? I am getting a notification that all of our licenses are in use despite me being the only one trying to use it.

Hi Tom,
Are all of the other people on the floating license logged out of the software? If not, then a license could be in use even if the person is not currently using the license. In order to free up a license, the person will need to completely log out of PROFIS Engineering.
