AISC baseplate calculation and edge distance question

Hello,
I have two questions:

1. I got an error message when I tried to run the AISC design guide calculation for a baseplate about symmetrical line. Please see attached picture. What is the cause of this error? My anchor layout is symmetrical.
2. What criteria does Profis use to determine minimum edge distances in baseplates for anchor rods?
