Adhesive Anchor for 2000psi Concrete
Is there an adhesive anchor suitable for 2000psi Concrete? Most seem to start at 2500psi

Hi Dan,
Per the ICC Evaluation Services Reports for Hilti anchors, Section 2.0 Uses states “… cracked and uncracked normal-weight concrete having a specified compressive strength.. of 2,500 psi to 8,500 psi”. This range is driven by ACI 355.4, Qualification of Post-Installed Adhesive Anchors in Concrete, Section 4.3.4. Therefore, Hilti anchors do not have published technical data for 2,000 psi concrete. While this installation may physically be possible, engineering judgement or onsite evaluation is recommended to verify the anchorage.
