Access to Hilti Diaphragm DF

I have seen other engineers use the Hilti DF Diaphragm program on other projects but am having a hard time downloading it or finding it available on the site. I "purchased" the download on the website (for free) but when I try to access the download link I received, I'm getting an error on the webpage and cannot download. Is this program still available for download or to use on the site or has it been discontinued?
