I have a block wall that is rated 3 hours. We have a few roof drains that need to penetrate it, one 8" and one 10" pipe. Do you have a 3 hour penetration system that would work for this condition?

Depending on the type of penetrant you have, Hilti has several listed systems available for larger penetrants through a block wall for a 3-hr fire-resistance rating. If you have a metallic penetrant, I've attached C-AJ-1226 which should work for you here.
