3hr Perimeter Firestopping - Masonry Cavity

I am working on a project under construction in Chicago. We have a ground level enclosed retail and lobby spaces that sit below an exterior unenclosed parking level. The slab between the two levels is 3hr rated.
I am looking for a cost effective perimeter firestop solution for a 7" gap within a masonry cavity.
The firestopping will be located outside of the building enclosure and will bridge between the concrete slab and a structural masonry wall within the masonry cavity. The firestopping system will be exposed to moisture. Refer to the attached detail.
The firestopping system needs to be ANSI/UL 2079 (ASTM E2307) rated.
Does Hilti have any standard details or a recommendation for the conditions specified?
