i"m looking for a 3-hour rated head of wall detail for a GWB and metal stud wall terminating against faced insulation at a pre-engineered metal building roof. The UL detail HW-D-0488 has all the components I need, but not a 3-hour rating. Thanks in advance!

The Hilti equivelant for the HW-D-0488 is our HW-D-0528 (see attached). This is also for 1-hour F-rating. We can address the F-rating through an engineering judgment which will be a detail showing your exact application with the firestop components to maintain the stated ratings.
