I need a penetration solution for a single A/C refrigerant line set through a 1hr FR office tenant separation wall. The 1hr wall assembly is metal stud and 5/8" FR gypsum wall board

Thank you for you question on penetration firestopping. Our most appropriate UL listed system for an HVAC line set running through a 1-HR gypsum wall would most likely be W-L-8085 (attached). This system utilizes the Hilti CP 653 Firestop Speed Sleeve.
