I have TJI floor joists penetrating one side of a gwb 1-hr rated assembly (GA WP 3370). We called out fire caulking at the penetration (the entire perimeter of the TJI and at the floor sheathing). The AHJ is asking for "listed detail for the assembly". The contractor spec'd out FS-ONE MAX for the fire caulking. Do you have a detail of a penetration of a 1-hr wall that would meet what the AHJ is requesting?
