  • Get what you spec – the smart features of Hilti Stud Fusion make repeatable and more consistent fastenings to steel easier to achieve, even under tough jobsite conditions
  • Simplify and standardize fastening design – engineering support is available via the PROFIS Modular Support Engineering software suite, or by phone, in person or on the jobsite with Hilti Design and Engineering Support

Applications

  • Mobile welding fusion unit, containing a gas can and rechargeable battery, to power the Hilti Stud Fusion hand tool
  • Fastening to steel in polluted/corrosive environments (up to C5) for higher tensile loads or thinner base materials, and preserving the base material integrity
