Hilti Profis does not seem to have the Kwik Bolt 3 for masonry connection design - what anchor should be selected that has similar structural properties?

Hello, I would like to know the safety factor of the ratings for HDI-TZ anchors as published in Hilti HDI-P TZ and HDI-TZ Technical Supplement 2024. As a comparison the catalog for HDI+ ratings indicates in the notes a safety factor of 4. If the HDI-TZ has something similar my design will work, so looking for confirmation. ...

I have a Hilti Profis Model for Anchorage Design wherein the software does not consider the steel shear capacity of the anchor rods, thus displaying infinity symbol in the UC ratio.
