I have a small steel channel penetration at a 1 hour rated wall. The closed assembly I can find is W-L-7188. Our project is going to have exactly this type of penetration with a steel channel (approx 4" ht) ilo the Steel I-beam support. Can Hilti issue an engineering judgement for this situation or refer me to a different UL s...

Modified embedment depth (hef) of the anchor rods when determining concrete breakout failure. Why does it change depending on if the baseplate has a standoff or not? It was my understanding that the modified effective depth was based solely on the distance from the anchor bolts to the edges of the concrete column.

Does HILTI have a 3-hour firestopping solution for penetrations in a concrete/masonry wall that are only accessible from one side?

For adhesive anchors in cracked concrete, what is the maximum crack size they can be installed in and provide the published strength?

Are Screw anchors - the best removable concrete anchors ? If so, after how many times do the threads god bad or how many times the screw anchors can be re-used ?

cun we have approval for the cp 678 for the duct

I have a masonry wall condition with a plate that needs 8 anchors. I don't see this on the template. So I was wanting to do a custom anchor layout. How do I do that?

The ICC report indicates that the minimum spacing between 1/2" DIA bolts can be 6" or 9" based on embedment depth. However, the software is showing an error with a note saying that min spacing is 12" (please see attached). Why is it different than the ICC report? It seems that 12" is too large for the spacing. Thank you!

I noticed the classes that were held in Minnesota are not offered. What steps do I take to become a licensed firewall and penetration inspector and on another topic how would I become licensed fire door inspector and be able to label fire doors

Is there a good guide on how HILTI calculates the tensile loads on an anchor group subject to bi-axial moments? I found a guide that describes the method for uni-axial moments but am having a hard time following the math for more complex loads. I have attached the file I'm working with.
