One of the four anchor bolts that we've installed was found to 1/2"off. Is there a certain Hilti procedure to core out the anchor bolt and re-drill 1/2" over?

Do you have a lab report that the MQ-21 profile is fire resistant?

We are currently designing anchor connected to concrete over metal deck, There should be moment acting on it but there is no input area for it. Please advise if moment cannot be loaded on this kind of connection. Thank you, Ellen
