What is the minimum required spacing between an abandoned anchor and a new post-installed Hilti HIT adhesive anchor, assuming the abandoned anchor is cut flush with the concrete surface and carry zero force?

We are considering options for interior finishes on interior steel columns that are protected with intumescent paint to provide a fire resistance rating. Are there any approved adhesives to attach a steel finish on top of a steel column that is protected with intumescent paint?
