Plate bending due to tension

Plate bending due to tension

Why is the software adding up the plastic moment of two different anchors which areas do not overlap when calculating the demand? When looking at the weak axis bending due to tension, the program seems to be adding up two plastic moments for distribution areas that do not overlap. The only reasoning I can see behind that, would be due to the areas could meet at the same bending line (would this create the same effect of two overlapping areas?), but that doesn't follow the 'explanation for plate bending under tension loading case' as provided by a Hilti article, where it clearly states 'areas completely overlap' as the requirement for their respective plastic moments to be added up for a total demand. I have included the calculation report and a scale sketch of the distribution areas matching the values use by the software (x1, x2, t1, t2, beff1, beff2) for the calculation of the demand.
