Is HIT HY 270 equal or greater than HY HIT 70 for masonry applications?

For masonry anchoring applications, the HIT-HY 270 hybrid mortar has equivalent load values compared to HIT-HY 70 for the same published applications. I've attached the substitution letter formally stating this.
