In other than hazardous locations, is there any requirement that the interior of an electrical conduit that runs between floors be filled with firestop?

Hello firestopping within an open ended conduit will be required where it penetrates through a rated assembly (concrete floor, gypsum wall, etc). This is because there will still be an opening if it not firestopped by the proper means. Therefore yes, if an electrical conduit is running through a fire rated floor and is open ended it will need the be firestopped inside of it. If the conduit is continuous between rated assemblies it would not be required to be filled with firestopping material.
Thank you,

Typically yes. I have Attached a Hilti UL listed system W-L-7277 that shows the termination and firestopping of the conduits inside of an electrical panel.

If that conduit terminates in an enclosure, an electrical panel for example, does your response still apply. If so, could you provide a measure of Code related substantiation?
