After the wedge anchor is set to the correct torque. Then the nut is backed off to finger tight and secured with loctite. How would this affect the anchor's uplift capacity?

To relieve thermal stresses on the dome the shoe is allowed to move radially with a 6% friction coefficient. The wedge anchor is installed through slotted holes in the shoe baseplate so can't be clamped. Washer holds them down, contact with the shoe baseplate resist movement in the tangential direction.

Hi Robert,
Hilti does not have any testing for the use of Loctite with our anchors. The decision to use Loctite would be up to the engineering judgement of the Engineer of Record for the project.
