PLANO, Texas – Hilti North America has been honored with a Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award, recognizing the Best Places to Work in 2022.

Hilti is ranked No. 35 in the large employer category which includes America’s employers of 1,000 or more people. This is Hilti’s highest placement since achieving No. 69 in 2019.

The Glassdoor award is based solely on the input of employees, who provide anonymous feedback by completing a company review about their job, work environment and employer. To determine the winners of the awards, Glassdoor evaluates all company reviews shared by employees over the past year (Oct. 20, 2020-Oct. 18, 2021).

“To have such a great ranking compared to the largest corporations across the country means so much since it relies on our Hilti team members telling the Hilti story. We work hard to create a positive and inclusive work environment that provides our team opportunities to grow and develop. A big thank you to every Hilti team member who shared comments on Glassdoor.”
