How the ON!Track Consultation process works

1. Learn about your organization

Hilti's first objective in the ON!Track consultation is to learn about the processes, challenges, and goals of your organization. We'll visit your site(s), see how you are tracking assets today, and meet with key players on your team to get a comprehensive understanding of what your business needs to succeed with asset management. 

2. Demonstrate ON!Track

Next, we'll give you a complete demonstration of the ON!Track software and hardware. You'll be able to see ON!Track in action, better understand it's capabilities for managing tools, documents and other assets, and be able to make a more informed decision about whether it's right for you. 

3. Customize an implementation plan

Last, Hilti will develop a tailor-made implementation and training plan for your organization. We'll provide you a summary report of all our findings and recommendations that will help your company make the best decision.

Implementation

We understand that you and your people are busy. That’s why we deploy an implementation team to tag and count your assets, then upload them into the system for you.

The Hilti team can also assign service and maintenance needs to your assets, as well as upload employee certification and training information.

Our goal is to deliver you a tailor made system that is ready to go on your first day of use.

Support does not end after the implementation. Our dedicated support team is there when you need them most.
