Don’t sacrifice cure time with resin epoxy anchors

Designed to give you extended working time for a more productive jobsite

A resin epoxy (RE) is a two part chemical anchor that is designed to harden slowly so you have longer working times for applications such as deep embedments.

Benefits and Features of Resin Epoxy Anchors

Hilti hollow drill bits and vacuums

No dust. No problem.

We know you need to be OSHA 1926.1153 Table 1 compliant which is why Hilti designs all of our hybrid adhesive anchors to work with a variety of dust control methods that work, even on damp jobsites.

Anchor in warm or cold weather

Temperatures rise and fall

Sometimes installation of threaded rod or rebar needs to be conducted in cold temperatures some even lower than 41 F. The HIT-RE 500 V3 can be installed in base material temperatures as low as 23 F and delivers good curing speeds throughout the entire approved temperature range.

Code compliant coring

Coring is still code compliant

Anchor holes sometimes need to be diamond cored, and Hilti's HIT-RE 500 V3 with roughening tool is the only ICC-ESR approved Resin Epoxy Anchors approved for cored holes in cracked concrete applications.

Get Consistent performance whether wet or dry

You shouldn't have to worry about whether the concrete is wet or dry when you install. At Hilti we believe the performance of our anchors should remain consistent in both conditions, which is why we designed our HIT-RE 500 V3 to take no load reductions when installed into wet concrete.

Performance in extreme temperatures

Performance in Extreme temperatures

The HIT-RE 500 V3 is designed to give you extended working time for deep holes deeper than 10". Whether it's hot or cold, you have the time you need to install the rod or rebar without sacrificing the time it takes to cure. When temperatures drop below 41 F you can wait a week before finishing the job.
