Your responsibilities
- Active member of Business Unit Management Team
- Lead the performance management process and priority setting of the Business Unit
- Define and implement activities in order to achieve Hilti's “Vision 2015”
- Identify business opportunities and initiate activity plans by partnering with appropriate functions and departments
- Manage and steer data in strategy planning, rolling forecast and on a monthly base to ensure profitable growth
Your qualifications
- Business or technical degree
- Broad, proven business understanding, entrepreneurial thinking and managerial experience through a minimum of 4 years relevant professional experience
- Ability to lead and steer multi-dimensional projects, initiatives and processes
- Ready to start an international career with Hilti
- Strong communicator in English, additional languages are a plus
